How to delete your account and personal data

At Emmathinking, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the available methods and what happens when you delete your account.


Option 1: Delete via App Settings

The fastest way to delete your account is through the app:

  1. Open Emmathinking - Log in to your account if you haven't already
  2. Go to Settings - Navigate to your profile and tap on the Settings icon
  3. Select Account - Find and tap on the "Account" or "Privacy" section
  4. Delete Account - Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision
  5. Verification - You may need to verify your identity via OTP before deletion

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer email communication, send a deletion request to our support team:

Please include in your email:

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
